SECTION 1. DESCRIPTION OF OUT-OF-SCOPE MODIFICATION
Client requests addition of 3 multi-tier pricing table screens, dark-mode variations for checkout flow, and custom animated Lottie micro-interactions.
SECTION 2. SCHEDULE & MILESTONE IMPACT
Incorporation of these deliverables extends the final design sign-off deadline by seven (7) business days, shifting final handoff from Oct 15 to Oct 22, 2026.
SECTION 3. ADDITIONAL COMPENSATION
Client agrees to an additional fixed fee of $1,250.00 for the added deliverables, payable 50% upon change order signing and 50% upon completion.
Original Contract: $4,500.00 | Change Order Add: $1,250.00 | Revised Total: $5,750.00.
Signing authorizes immediate commencement of the additional scope.
