SECTION 1. MONTHLY DEDICATED ALLOCATION
Designer dedicates thirty (30) hours of creative production capacity per calendar month for UI/UX enhancements, marketing assets, and deck designs.
SECTION 2. MONTHLY RETAINER FEE & BILLING CYCLE
Client agrees to a monthly retainer fee of $2,700.00 ($90/hr effective rate), invoiced automatically on the 1st of each month and due upon receipt.
SECTION 3. UNUSED HOURS & OVERAGE RATES
Unused monthly hours do not roll over. Hours requested beyond the 30-hour cap will be billed at a discounted overage rate of $95/hour with prior client confirmation.
SECTION 4. TURNAROUND & SLA
Designer shall acknowledge new task requests within 24 business hours. Rush delivery (under 24 hours) may be requested subject to studio availability.
SECTION 5. TERM & 30-DAY CANCELLATION
Agreement runs month-to-month. Either party may cancel or adjust hours with 30 days prior written notice before the next monthly billing cycle.
Recurring Monthly Retainer: $2,700.00 / month (30 Hours Included @ $90/hr).
Active for Q4 2026. Renewable automatically unless cancelled 30 days prior.
